  • Why does it make sense to have passive investments in real estate?

    By becoming a private lender and investor who invests passively in real estate, you can earn substantial fixed returns, secured by prime real estate. Since your returns are fixed, that means they will never fluctuate. They’ll also be much higher than certificates of deposit, money markets, commodities, and most stocks and mutual funds. Our private lenders and investors have historically received 11% to 13% return on their investment with us.

  • Is private lending and investing really a safe investment?

    We believe it’s much more stable than the stock market because there are no fluctuations to worry about. By investing in real estate, you won’t be betting on companies that you have little knowledge about and certainly have no control over how they perform. With private lending and investing, your investment loans are backed by prime real estate. Our private lenders and investors have historically received 11% to 13% fixed returns that do not fluctuate. With us, you don’t have to pay any fees or commissions, there are no early withdrawal penalties, and there will be large spreads of equity securing your investment.

    While passive investing in real estate is not right for everyone, savvy investors know that over time real estate is generally the safest and most profitable way to grow your money.

  • Can I lend money using my IRA or 401K?

    Absolutely. In fact, that’s what most of our investors do. First, you will need to be in control over where your investments go from your IRA or 401K, and you can do this by rolling your existing IRA or 401K into a self-directed IRA.

    There is no penalty for doing this because you’re not taking a distribution, you’re simply changing the administrator to one that allows you to self-direct where the funds go. Doing this can make all of your gains tax deferred without relying on someone else to get you double-digit fixed returns. The company we use is Equity Trust Company.   • How do I get started?

    Simply contact us when you’re ready to start growing your money. We can discuss the amount you’re interested in lending, the interest rate, and the length of the term.
